Refund policy

Unused purchases

Request a refund within 14 days if no credits from your purchase have been used. Email hello@makeaiflashcards.com with your order reference and a brief explanation, using your account email. Never send a sign-in code. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the payment provider controls processing time.

Failed AI generation

A generation reserves one credit. A confirmed unsuccessful generation returns that credit. A timeout, interrupted connection or cancellation can leave the outcome unknown; the credit stays reserved until the outcome is confirmed. Check the saved generation reference rather than submitting a new request. Editing or rejecting a successfully delivered draft does not itself refund a credit. If the result is unusable, contact us with your account email and approximate request time so we can investigate and restore credits where appropriate.

Service problems and duplicate charges

If you paid but did not receive credits, return to the pricing page while signed in to the same account. Do not pay again. Contact support with the original payment reference if the balance is still incorrect. We will investigate duplicate charges and service non-delivery. A refund or reversed payment may pause the account while its balance is reconciled.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any statutory refund, cancellation or consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no recurring renewal to cancel.
