What does a credit cover?
One credit covers one successful AI generation with at least one source-matched draft. Request up to 5, 10 or 20 cards for the same credit. Editing, reviewing, studying and exporting do not consume credits. Choose “Use credits” in the flashcard maker when you want to use your paid balance.
What if generation fails?
We return the reserved credit if generation fails, times out, is cancelled before completion, or produces no source-matched cards. Repeated requests with the same request identifier do not charge twice. For ten minutes, a completed paid result can be recovered if the connection drops.
Can I get a refund?
Contact hello@makeaiflashcards.com within 14 days if you have not used any credits from your purchase. Include the payment reference and your public wallet ID, never your recovery code. If the service fails to deliver, contact us so we can restore credits or resolve the payment. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the refund policy.
Why credits instead of a subscription?
Study needs change through the semester. A one-time pack lets you pay for the help you use without another monthly bill. There is no paid renewal to cancel.
