USD prices. Any applicable taxes or currency conversion will be shown by the payment provider before you approve payment. Sign inWhat does a credit cover?
One credit covers one successful AI generation with at least one source-matched draft. Request up to 5, 10 or 20 cards for the same credit. Editing, reviewing, studying and exporting do not consume credits. Choose “Use credits” in the flashcard maker when you want to use your paid balance.
What if generation fails?
A confirmed unsuccessful generation returns its reserved credit. A timeout, interrupted connection or cancellation can leave the outcome unknown: the credit stays reserved while we check it. Use the saved generation reference to check pending work instead of submitting a new request. Repeated checks of the same request do not charge twice. Completed results can be recovered within ten minutes from the original request start.
Can I get a refund?
Contact hello@makeaiflashcards.com within 14 days if you have not used any credits from your purchase. Include your order reference and contact us from your account email. Never send a sign-in code. If the service fails to deliver, contact us so we can restore credits or resolve the payment. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the refund policy.
Where are my credits saved?
Your balance and orders belong to your account. Sign in on another browser or device to use the same credits. There is no recovery file to manage. Your PDFs and decks stay in your browser, so export the decks you want to keep.
Why credits instead of a subscription?
Study needs change through the semester. A one-time pack lets you pay for the help you use without another monthly bill. There is no paid renewal to cancel.
